Michael,

I dont know a thing about ansible, but I'm excited to learn about it from
your deployment here.

I appreciate you putting all this out & asking for feedback, but tbqh,
since you're leading the charge & offering to set all this up, I'm for it.
Justin & team seem to trust & have confidence in you, and imo you know what
you're doing, so keep on doing it. My feedback is simple: keep us
(gluster-infra) informed about your plans & activities and do what you
think best.
