[Gluster-infra] Request for a new mailing list @ gluster.org

Hi,
       As part of openstack Cinder - GlusterFS CI work , we need a new 
mailing list that we can use to associate with the glusterfs CI project 
in the upstream community.

     In that regards, i would like to request a new mailing list with 
the below name:

cinder.glusterfs.ci at gluster.org

to be made available, which we can then share with the upstream 
openstack infra team.

Let me know what else is needed
