[Gluster-infra] Adding IRC statistics to the Bitergia Gluster Dashboard

Hi Dave,

after a discussion on statistics in #gluster-dev earlier today, we were
wondering if you could add IRC participation to the Gluster Dashboard on
Bitergia?

It seems that the oVirt project already has this setup, so it should be
relatively simple to enable for the #gluster and #gluster-dev channels
too.
