Done. New GlusterFS Project Infrastructure team created
on the Forge:

  https://forge.gluster.org/+glusterfs-project-infrastructure

Initial members so far are:

 * johnmark
 * avati
 * jayunit100
 * kkeithley
 * Justin Clift
 * Luis Pabon
 * vbellur
 * Niels de Vos

Initial membership was from my looking through the passwd
file on build.gluster.org, adding the names I recognised
out of the ones with a shell defined.

Free free to adjust that if needed. :)

The /opt/qa directory on build.gluster.org hasn't been
tied to this external repo yet. Figured it's better to
wait a day or two for you to raise any objections first
(just in case). ;)

If there aren't any objections, I'll hook /opt/qa/ up
to the forge repo in the next few days. Initial idea
here is to update the smoke & regression scripts so
the very first thing they do is refresh the /opt/qa/
dir with any changes from the forge.

Is there a better way? (maybe part of hudson.sh?)

+ Justin
