[Gluster-infra] Rackspace infrastructure update

Actually, I have not created anything on the rackspace account yet, so
in fact the jenkinsvm is not me.

All the stuff that I'll create I'll expect to build, test, and then
destroy, so don't expect to see anything idle from me.
