[Gluster-infra] Rackspace infrastructure update

Hi all,

Last week we added user accounts for several people in
Rackspace, under the Gluster organisation account:

 * Vijay Bellur
 * Justin Clift
 * Jeff Darcy
 * Niels de Vos
 * Kaleb Keithley
 * Lalatendu Mohanty
 * Jay Vyas
 * John Mark Walker
 * Louis Zuckerman
 * James Shubin (still to be done)

Everyone has full technical admin access, so can spin
up VMs, load balancers, store files, etc.

We have the following VMs running there 24/7 atm:

The costs above are from last month's invoice.  The
two VMs without costs are new since then, so I'm not
sure yet of their monthly cost.

* Gluster-sonar is the new instance of SonarQube
  (sonarqube.org), spun up by Louis for the
  glusterfs-java-filesystem project.

* At a guess, the glusterfs-jenkins VM is by James,
  for getting new regression testing bits in place
  using puppet-gluster.

Who has knowledge of what the other VMs are for?

Would like to find out, so we can kill anything
that's hanging around unused, plus turn on monitoring
for anything that's really important.  (nothing has
monitoring so far)
