[Gluster-devel] ShellCheck CI jobs

Hi,

while working on moving builders to Fedora 32, I noted that our job
that run shellcheck wasn't functional since a long time. I fixed it,
but now it show 5321 warnings and errors:

A lot of errors are coming from generated file (autoconf,etc):

But a lot are not.

I will add some filtering, but the job will be red when https://github.com/gluster/build-jobs/pull/53 is merged.
