I think it is a continued effort. But good to mention about this in 3.11
release notes IMO.

Don't have any particular option thought for this this yet. Lets keep it as
3.12 effort IMO.

Would be great to consider this as a 3.11 scope. Not a release blocker
though. A rebase would be submitted probably next week.
