Its great to see so many people coming together to solve a problem. As 
many has already suggested lets unite our efforts in giving a single
unified solution. Please go through the existing design proposal created 
by Raghavendra Talur and see how can we improve it. Let's capture
all the requirements and design considerations in the same document.
