Feature: Disable guest access to newly created GlusterFS volume shares via Samba

Reason: The 'guest ok' parameter permits access as the default guest user which when set to "yes" does not prompt for password while connecting to the service. Setting `guest ok` parameter on any share will remove the security advantage.

Result: Guest access to GlusterFS volume shares are not enabled by default.
