Unfortunately, it's blocker for us too. As Jacob, we've faced with 4x
increasing outgoing traffic on clients.
Disabling read-ahead and readdir-ahead didn't help. Disabling quick-read helped
a little bit.
Look forward to the fix and hope this bug is marked as critical so fix for the
5x branch will be released earlier.
