1. Please share the output of "netstat -ntlp | grep 24007"
2. I didn't understand what is 2nd issue
3. Fix for this already posted upstream i.e, https://review.gluster.org/23014

I also request you to confirm about in-service upgrade, I haven't observed the
bricks not coming up issue. We may have to change the summary of this bug to a
more appropriate one.
