Description of problem:
Glusterfs 5.3 RPMs can't be build on rhel7

Glusterfs 5.3 & rhel7

How reproducible:
Build RPMs from this commit
https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/glusterfs/tree/48abd2568d3b3d5c358d2de48d4f55bb8000a02e
on rhel7.


Actual results:

Build failed because files from the spec not found on filesystem.
