Jules, sorry for delayed response on this one. GlusterFS has moved multiple
versions since then. At least from 3.8.x series to 4.1.x series upgrade issues
were not seen. We never tested 3.6.x (or 3.7.x) to 4.1.x upgrade.

We will be closing the issue as EOL, and recommend you to upgrade (with a
planned migration downtime if possible) to higher versions.
