Description of problem:
We need to get project gluster-mixins created under gluster org
(https://github.com/gluster/gluster-mixins).
This project is meant for maintaining grafana dashboards and prometheus alert
rules in the form of kubernetes mixins specific to glusterfs.

Nishanth Thomas (nthomas at redhat.com, github id: nthomas-redhat) and Shubhendu
Ram Tripathi (shtripat at redhat.com, github id: shtripat) should be added as
admins / maintainers for this project.
