rm -rf during remove-brick operation could fail remove-brick operation as one gf_defrag_settle_hash function did not honour ENOENT or ESTALE error. With the current fix, the gf_defrag_settle_hash function will not fail the remove-brick operation for ENOENT or ESTALE errors.
