Hi Norman,

there was another bug related to Postgres: Bug 1518710. Thereby OP indicated
that turning off open-behind and write-behind mitigated the issue. So I'm
asking you too,

1) does {open,write}-behind off make a difference for you?
2) if it helps to the degree of not seeing the issue with that setting, is it
also a viable workable workaround performance-wise?
