Description of problem:

when running gluster for the first time, people just get:

# gluster
gluster>

I think it would be nice to get something nicer like (to quote ndevos):
" something like "Welcome to gluster prompt, type 'help' to see the available
commands." "

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
glusterfs-3.12.5-1.fc27.x86_64

How reproducible:
each time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. gluster
2.
3.

Actual results:
a prompt

Expected results:
a prompt and a help message
