Cause: 
The ganesha.conf is not cleaned up properly during nfs-ganesha disable

Consequence: 
Stale export entries in ganesha.conf 

Workaround (if any): 
Remove those entries manually
 
Result: 
Next gluster nfs-ganesha enable fails to bring up ganesha process
