Tested with RHGS 3.2.0 interim build ( glusterfs-3.8.4-12.el7rhgs ) with the
following steps :

1.a. Created replica 3 volume with strict-o-direct enabled
1.b. Check whether open-behind is enabled on the volume.
2. Start the volume and look for strace on the brick process
3. Fuse mount the volume and using 'dd' with oflag=direct , create a file
4. After file creation, check strace logs for open calls.

All open calls had O_DIRECT flags

One part of the bug is that open-behind was not honoring O_DIRECT and that is
verified with the above steps.
