I have been looking into this for quite some time now, unfortunately the fix is
not so straight forward.

This is a use-after-free for some of the structures used while locking. There
is no decent reference counting on the structures, and it is shared between the
NFS protocol and NLM. Somewhere there are races that cause the structure(s?) to
be free'd too early.
