Files under /usr/libexec/glusterfs should not be writable by processes after
the initial installation. Anything that generates files should use /tmp or
/run. For this particular case /run/gluster/lib looks most suitable.

This new /run/gluster/lib directory should be added to
extras/run-gluster.tmpfiles.in so that it is created upon boot. There also
needs to be a selinux-policy update (most likely) to enforce the correct
context on the directory.
