, no mount (client) logs. Can you provide the mount log? I'm trying to see
which translator returned EIO. The brick logs you provided also do not contain
EIO related messages.

Some other comments:
The afr extended attributes you provided are all zeroes, meaning there was no
pending heal. If you still got "Completed data selfheal" message, some FOP must
have failed after you obtained the getfattr output, causing non-zero afr xattrs
and thus a heal.
