Thanks for the response. Another question is we running jobs in a cluster of
grid engine. We got the following errors from time to time.

error reason: 01/18/2016 13:50:36  [5014:7471]: can't stat()
"/share/test/yileilih/pipeline_whole_genome_observation/work/da

we don't know whether the above error is related to glusterfs. seems like the
filename with path is too long.
