Gluster/NFS does not compete with current NFS implementations anymore. A NFSv3
only server is not addressing all needs from users. Gluster is encouraging the
use of NFS-Ganesha, and deprecating Gluster/NFS.

Gluster/NFS should become an optional component, and not get installed by
default anymore.
