Feature: providing 'dynamic-auth' option that will help in re-configuring the permissions on the fly/dynamically  

Reason: previous behavior is that, If somebody changes the permissions on an already mounted/connected volume the changes in the permissions is applicable only after remount of the volume, some of our customers (open stack) needs this permission change on the fly, so that permission changes will take effect even on opened/mounted/connected volume   

Result: As a result if 'dynamic-auth' is set to on (default: on), any changes in permissions of the volume (say auth.reject, auth.allow, auth.ssl .. etc.) will take effect immediately even if the volume is already mounted
