Admin is unable to check Data scrubbing status. CLI is not available and
nothing is reported in log.

Since "scrub status" is not for 3.7, we'll probably work on this post 3.7
release.

As per comment #3, scrub status is not included in 3.7.0 release. Hence
removing it from the tracker.
