Description of problem:
Peer probe and peer detach should take care if features.ganesha is enabled and 
behave accordingly.

The glusterd team suggested that the peer probe behaviour should not be changed
because of NFS-Ganesha. Making appropriate changes in the --add-node and
delete-node logic instead
