I've a small correction to make here. The doc text gives an impression that
every time user will end up having stale cluster lock when concurrent synctask
transactions are run. This is not correct. This behaviour could be
intermittent. It may or may not have stale lock. Please update accordingly. Let
me know if you need any clarification.
