Repeated the steps as mentioned in Description. 

Initialised snap_scheduler from all nodes at the same time. We get the below
message 

snap_scheduler.py init
snap_scheduler: Successfully inited snapshot scheduler for this node

Other nodes:
===========
snap_scheduler.py init
snap_scheduler: Another snap_scheduler command is running. Please try again
after some time.

Check snap_scheduler status from all nodes at the same time:

snap_scheduler.py status
snap_scheduler: Snapshot scheduling status: Enabled

Other nodes: 
===========
snap_scheduler.py status
snap_scheduler: Another snap_scheduler command is running. Please try again
after some time.
