Verified as fixed in glusterfs-3.7.1-1

With the options cluster.entry-self-heal, cluster.metadata-self-heal, and
cluster.data-self-heal turned off, lookup on a file from the client following
an inode refresh does not result in entry self-heal, metadata self-heal or data
self-heal respectively.
