Previously if multiple glusterd synctask transactions on different volumes were run in background, it used to end up with stale cluster lock resulting in blocking further transactions to go through. Only a restart would be the work around to release the stale lock. 

With this change, there won't be any stale lock left over in the cluster if multiple glusterd synctask transactions on different volumes are run in background
