Description of problem:

There is no information about GlusterFS development workflow in the README file
(in the root of glusterfs code).

Hence community members who only watches the github mirror assumes that
GlusterFS uses the GitHub: Fork & pull model which is not correct.

We need to put the GlusterFS's development work flow in README.
