Verified this bug using the version  glusterfs-3.7.1-12. Fix is working fine.
Moving this bug to verified state.

Steps followed to verify:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
1. Created Dis Volume
2. Enabled Bitrot 
3. Reset the volume using volume reset (gluster volume reset <vol_name>)
4. Checked daemons (Bit and Scrub ) are running // it was not running.
