Verified this bug with below steps with build version  *glusterfs-3.7.1-12*

Steps:
~~~~~
1. Created Dis volume using cluster of two nodes.
2. Enabled BitD  and Scrub daemons
3. Verified the BitD & Scrub daemons are running using "gluster v status
<VOL_NAME>" // it was running (online)
4. Reset the Volume using "gluster volume reset <VOL_NAME> force"
5. Verified the Daemons (BitD and Scrub ) are running or not //It was not
running.

[Note]:  *force* option is must in the volume reset command otherwise it's
won't reset these daemons (BitD and Scrub) to default state (disable state). 

Verified status:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Fix is working fine, we can move this bug to verified state once all the
required things (test coverage ) are done.
