Since touch doesn't initiate a data transfer in geo-replication, A virtual
xattr "glusterfs.geo-rep.trigger-sync" is provided to initiate data sync
explicitly. 

Usage:
setfattr -n glusterfs.geo-rep.trigger-sync <file-path>
