[automated-testing] mknod is failing while creating character file

Hi Nigel,

One of my glusto test case i am getting permission denied error at the time
of creating character file by test case, the same test case is working on
my vm
environment.

 Can you please confirm could it be specific to infrastructure issue, I
have checked
 log also, in log also it is showing sys_mknod is failing with permission
denied.

 the command is failing

mknod /mnt/testvol_distributed-ispersed_glusterfs/special_a c 1 2
