Hello folks,

Akarsha and Vijay have been doing excellent work in the glusto project in
the last couple of months. They've been reviewing patches and bringing up
design issues. This has helped the project move forward. Thanks to both
their efforts, the momentum in this sprint has been great.

In recognition of their sustained contribution, I'm adding them as peers in
the glusto-tests component.
