[automated-testing] remove_brick function doesn't use --mode=script

Hey Jonathan,

Shwetha wrote the original code here, so I'd like your help in understand
the logic here. We only add --mode=script when there's commit or force
option provided. We should probably be providing it in any case. This is
causing a test failure because we added a new warning before doing a
remove_brick.
