[gluster-packaging] [Gluster-Maintainers] glusterfs-8.5 released

Packages for various Fedora releases are either in Fedora on available on
https://download.gluster.org/pub/gluster/glusterfs/8/8.5/Fedora/

Packages in Fedora go through a short testing period and then will be
generally available.

Packages for CentOS 7, CentOS 8, and CentOS 8 Stream are available in the
CentOS Storage SIG. They are tagge for testing. After someone tests them
and reports that they work they will be tagged for release.
