[gluster-packaging] glusterfs-9.0 released

Packages for CentOS-8 are in the testing repository, please enable it
with dnf-config-manager, https://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/8/storage/x86_64/gluster-9/

Please test the CentOS-8 builds and let me know if these are ready to be
pushed to the CentOS mirrors. Once that is done, a
centos-release-gluster9 package can be created and added to CentOS
Extras.

The builds for CentOS-7 are blocked on the glusterfs-selinux package
that fails to build, see https://github.com/gluster/glusterfs-selinux/issues/10
