[gluster-packaging] Need el7 rc1 package of gluster

There are rc1 rpms for el7 and el6* at
https://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/7/storage/x86_64/gluster-6 and
https://buildlogs.centos.org/centos/6/storage/x86_64/gluster-6/

These are the "normal" places that builds land until they are tagged for
release and propagated to the mirrors.

*client side only.
