glusterd2-5.0 packages for:

* Fedora 28 are at [1].

* RHEL 8 Beta are at [1].

* Buster/10(Sid) are at [1]; arm64 coming soon. (Note: gd2 4.1.0 built
fine on Stretch/9 with golang-1.8, but 5.0 does not; see
https://github.com/gluster/glusterd2/issues/1295.)

* Xenial/16.04, Bionic/18.04, and Cosmic/18.10 are on Launchpad at
[2] and [3].

* SUSE SLES12SP4, Tumbleweed, SLES15, and Leap15 are coming (eventually)
on OpenSUSE Build Service at [4].
