For CentOS-7:

  # yum install http://cbs.centos.org/kojifiles/work/tasks/1724/441724/centos-release-gluster41-0.9-1.el7.centos.x86_64.rpm
  # yum install glusterfs-server


CentOS-6 client only (x86_64, ask me for the i686 version if you need it):

  # yum install http://cbs.centos.org/kojifiles/work/tasks/8806/438806/centos-release-gluster41-0.9-1.el6.centos.x86_64.rpm
  # yum install glusterfs-fuse


It is important to verify the all contents in the repositories, that
includes glusterfs-coreutils, nfs-ganesha, ... etc.

Please report any problems on the packaging list.
