[gluster-packaging] [Gluster-Maintainers] glusterfs-5.1 released

As Kaleb pointed out, packages for 5.1 are present in the CentOS
mirrors, I went ahead and created my own repo file to test the package
contents.

Packages for 5.1 worked fine and can be tagged for release in the
Storage SIG.
