[gluster-packaging] glusterfs-3.8.5 released

CentOS Storage SIG packages are expected to land in the testing
reposotory shortly:

  # yum install centos-release-gluster
  # yum --enablerepo=centos-gluster38-test install glusterfs-server

Please report any test results so that I can mark the packages as
release ready.
