[gluster-packaging] How are Debian Wheezy packages being built?

We have a user trying to get glusterd running on Wheezy and failing
because of a urcu library issue.

I checked the debian packages, Wheezy only has urcu 0.6.5 [1].
GlusterFS should fail to build with urcu <0.7, the configure script
itself will fail.

So how did we even get these packages built?
