[gluster-packaging] glusterfs-3.6.9 released

Packages have been tagged as -release for the CentOS Storage SIG, both
el6 and el7. The RPMs should become available on the mirrors soon.

You can already install them from the testing repository and do some
additional verification:

  # yum install centos-release-gluster36
  # yum install --enablerepo=centos-gluster36-test glusterfs-server
