That will only become available in CentOS Extras once there is an
email for the CentOS Announce mailinglist. The package is available for
centos-extras-testing, but there is no official CentOS repository that
we may use for that.
Please refrain from using the package for non-testing activities until
it and all the other packages are available on the CentOS mirrors.
