Monday is good for me too. Would it be easier if we said 13:00 UTC
instead of 9:00 EST/EDT.

The US don't return to EST until November. Europe is a week earlier.

One way or the other some number of people are going to be hit with
daylight saving time change. I suspect the number is smaller if we use UTC.
